Again, I created an svg template to help with the wiring, but it seems to work fine so far - at least, it counts (not wired up to the bus yet). The LEDs are 3mm Kingbrights with built-in resistors.

After I got it working, I replaced the LEDs with another Kingbright LED array DC10SYKWA

Here it is counting...
